DreamCatcher Ibiza

Storefront, wholesale channel and seasonal campaigns

The situation. A boutique selling beautifully in person had no way to sell to wholesale buyers online, and every seasonal campaign was being improvised from scratch.

What I did. Built the private B2B wholesale catalogue and application page on Shopify, then the campaign machinery around it — SS27 buying-days invitation with an RSVP flow, the FW26 First Look invitation set, campaign emails, a documented Instagram grid system, and an ambassador programme with in-store tracking.

  • B2B wholesale catalogue
  • Invitation + RSVP flow
  • Campaign email programme
  • Ambassador platform

Beltori & BYMORA USA

Two brand systems and a social relaunch

The situation. A US distributor and the consumer belt brand it created were posting daily with no documented identity between them, and the B2B prospect list had never been checked.

What I did. Wrote ten-page brand guidelines for each brand — palette, type, photography and voice — then designed thirteen campaign posts and a social relaunch kit built entirely on those rules. Vetted the 87-company prospect list into tiers and flagged the roughly 45 per cent that were unusable.

  • 2 × brand guidelines
  • 13 campaign posts
  • Prospect list vetted

Maryland Cash Buyer

Website, brand book and long-tail SEO plan

The situation. A Baltimore home-buying business needed to reach people facing foreclosure and probate without sounding like every other cash-offer site.

What I did. Built the site, then wrote the seven-page brand book behind it — positioning, voice rules, a write-this-not-that table, a banned-language list and the full palette — plus a long-tail SEO plan targeting the searches those sellers actually make.

  • Full website build
  • 7-page brand book
  • Long-tail SEO plan

The Prosper Notary

Website and CRM funnels

The situation. A notary and apostille business was taking every enquiry by phone, with nothing capturing the people who visited outside office hours.

What I did. Built the site and the CRM funnels behind it — service pages, quote and booking forms, pipelines and automated follow-up — and wrote the page-by-page copy so the site sells while nobody is answering.

  • Website build
  • CRM funnels
  • Page-by-page copy

Directory platform · US

Notary Lotus

Visibility platform and member support

The situation. A directory helping notaries get found needed its own front end to make the case, and a support process that did not depend on one person answering everything.

What I did. Handled the platform front end and the visibility messaging, built the FAQ and support workflow, and documented the brand rules — including what the platform must never promise members.

  • Platform front end
  • Support workflow
  • Documented brand rules

Chrome Lot

Brand system, collateral and reporting

The situation. A growing dealership had a logo and little else. No consistent look across print, social or direct mail, and no regular read on whether the marketing was working.

What I did. Built the brand style guide, then produced everything that runs on it: business cards, a marketing postcard, a two-sided thank-you postcard, brand hero imagery, and a recurring social media report so performance stopped being guesswork.

  • Full brand style guide
  • 6+ collateral pieces
  • Recurring reporting

Top Line Auto

Ongoing social graphics program

The situation. Posting was ad hoc. Each graphic looked like it came from a different business, which made an established dealership read as a smaller one.

What I did. Set up a repeatable template system and produced the campaign run from it — indoor showroom banners, nationwide shipping graphics and follow-us creative — so every post is recognizably the same brand.

  • Template system
  • Multi-campaign run
  • Consistent brand

Autos Felix

Full dealership website

The situation. The dealership needed a real website with live inventory, serving a customer base that switches between English and Spanish.

What I did. Designed and built the full site with inventory management and bilingual content throughout, so the same listing works for both audiences without a separate site to maintain.

  • Inventory management
  • Bilingual build
  • Custom design

GotBetterNYC

Training platform with booking

The situation. A youth football training brand was taking bookings manually, and its social content was not converting attention into sessions.

What I did. Built the athletic training platform with booking built in, then produced carousel content designed around the same funnel so the audience had somewhere to land.

  • Booking system
  • Platform build
  • Matching content

Karma DFW

Premium dealership site

The situation. A luxury dealership was presenting inventory in a way that undercut the price point it was asking for.

What I did. Built the site around premium branding and an inventory showcase that treats each vehicle as a considered purchase rather than a listing in a grid.

  • Premium branding
  • Inventory showcase
  • Custom build

Financial services · US

Platinum Capital Advisors

Campaign collateral

The situation. The team needed field-ready marketing for open house events that matched the firm's positioning rather than looking like generic property flyers.

What I did. Produced open house campaign collateral built on the firm's brand, designed to make mortgage financing feel approachable at the point where buyers actually decide.

  • Event collateral
  • On-brand design
  • Field-ready

Madrigal Weight Loss & ProfitFlow AI

Websites for regulated and technical niches

The situation. A wellness clinic and an AI automation agency — two very different audiences, both needing sites that build trust quickly in a skeptical market.

What I did. Built both sites around credibility first: clear service explanation, straightforward next steps, and no overclaiming in categories where overclaiming is what buyers have learned to distrust.

  • 2 sites delivered
  • Trust-led structure
  • Clear conversion path

GoHighLevel builds

Six funnel builds

The situation. Multiple clients needed lead capture and follow-up that ran without someone remembering to do it.

What I did. Built six GoHighLevel funnels across different businesses — capture, pipeline and automated follow-up — documented so each team can run and adjust them in-house.

  • 6 funnels built
  • Automated follow-up
  • Documented handover

How it runs

The same four steps every time

No surprises, no scope creep, and nothing that only works while I am still around.

01 Scope We agree exactly what ships, in writing, before anything starts.
02 Build You see work in progress, not a reveal at the end.
03 Handover You own every file and account, and it is documented.
04 Support Ongoing help if you want it, no lock-in if you do not.
