Virtual assistance · Web development · CRM automation

Stop running the day‑to‑day. Start scaling.

Loyalease is a boutique agency for founders who are the bottleneck in their own business. One partner for operational support, websites that convert, and systems that run without you.

Replies within 2 business hours No lock-in contracts Overlaps US & UK hours

Working with founders in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the Philippines.

What I do

Three pillars. One growth engine.

Most founders end up managing four freelancers who do not talk to each other. This replaces that with one partner who sees the whole picture.

Selected work

What the work actually looks like

Client names are withheld where the engagement is confidential or white-label. Happy to walk you through specifics, with references, on a call.

Signage & branding · UK

Sales operations rebuilt

Documented the enquiry-to-mockup process, standardised quote formatting and reply structure, and built the triage rules the team now works from daily.

E-commerce · US

Shopify storefront & sub-brand

Built out the product catalogue, launched a sub-brand with its own identity, and rewrote page structure and copy around a clear positioning line.

Financial services · US

Brand system & marketing collateral

Recreated the brand to spec, then produced the decks, handouts and campaign assets the team uses in the field, all on a consistent template.

Luxury retail · EU

Wholesale channel & content system

Stood up a private B2B catalogue and application flow, and designed a repeatable social grid system so posting stopped being a weekly scramble.

Professional services · US

CRM & weekly reporting

Designed a single-table CRM with a live scorecard against a weekly activity goal, replacing a spreadsheet nobody trusted or updated.

Home services · US

Lead generation & ad cleanup

Rebuilt the site templates, then audited a paid campaign that was drawing the wrong calls and cut the spend that was not converting.

Why a virtual assistant

The maths most founders never run

A full-time hire is not just a salary. It is payroll tax, benefits, equipment, software seats, paid leave, and the weeks of your own time it takes to recruit and train them.

Retained support gives you the same output with none of that overhead, and you can scale the hours up or down as the quarter demands.

What you are not paying for

  • Payroll taxes and statutory benefits
  • Desk space, hardware and software seats
  • Recruitment fees and interview time
  • Paid leave, sick days and cover
  • Idle hours in a quiet month

Ask me on the call and I will run the comparison against your actual local hiring costs, rather than a number pulled off a landing page.

Questions

Quick answers

What time zones do you cover?
I am based in the Philippines and deliberately overlap US and UK business hours. Most clients get several hours of live overlap every working day, and everything else is handled overnight so it is waiting for you in the morning.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Retainers are month to month. Cancel with notice and unused work is not billed. Project work is fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed in writing before anything starts.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, Wise, or card via invoice. Retainers are billed at the start of the month; projects are split across agreed milestones rather than paid up front.
How quickly do you reply?
Within two business hours during the overlap window, and always the same working day. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and it jumps the queue.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, and often before the first call if you would prefer. A good deal of my work is white-label, which is exactly why several projects on this site are described without naming the client.

Ready to get your week back?
