I run Loyalease from the Philippines, working with founders and small teams across the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
Why this exists
Most of the founders I work with are not short of ideas. They are short of hours, and the hours they do have are going into work that does not need them.
I started Loyalease because I kept seeing the same pattern: a virtual assistant who could not touch the website, a developer who did not understand the sales process, and an automations contractor who built something nobody could maintain. Three invoices, no joined-up result.
Doing all three myself means the CRM matches the website, the website matches the way you actually sell, and there is one person to ask when something breaks.
How I work
- I tell you when something is a bad idea, before you pay for it
- Scope goes in writing before work starts
- You own every account, file and asset from day one
- Everything gets documented, so nothing depends on me being available
- If I am not the right fit, I will say so on the first call

The Philippines is ahead of the US and UK, which sounds like a problem and is actually the advantage. I deliberately overlap your business hours for live work, and the rest happens overnight so it is finished and waiting when you start your day.
