About the money
What counts as an hour?
Time spent on your work, tracked and visible to you. Reading your brief counts. Waiting on a reply from you does not.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down, with a month's notice either way. Busy season up, quiet season down.
What if I need more hours in one month?
Extra hours are billed at your plan's rate. I flag it before going over, never after.
Do you require a deposit on projects?
Projects are split across milestones, with the first payment covering scoping and the first deliverable rather than the whole build.
Which currency and how do I pay?
USD. Bank transfer, Wise, or card via invoice. UK clients can pay in GBP at the prevailing rate if that is simpler.
