Add up the hours you actually want back each week, see which plan covers it, and compare that with what the same hours cost as an in-house hire. No email required.

How the numbers work
The hour estimates come from the work I actually do for clients, not from a survey. Inbox and calendar are the two that surprise owners most: they feel like minutes and run into days.
The in-house figure is the full cost of employing someone for the same hours, not a salary line. It includes payroll tax, equipment, software seats, training time, and cover when that person is away or leaves. It is the number that matters when you compare, and it is the one most people leave out.
Every Loyalease plan is month to month. You can start on a smaller plan, see what gets done, and move up when the work grows. There is also a paid trial week at $109 if you would rather test before committing to a month.
What to do with the result
- Start with the two or three tasks that cost you the most evenings, not the full list.
- Write down how each one is done today, even roughly. That is what makes a handover stick.
- Give it a month before you judge it. The first two weeks are learning your business, the rest is the time coming back.
If your result landed between two plans, take the smaller one. Unused hours are not billed, and moving up mid-month is easy.
