Ecommerce

An ecommerce partner for growing brands

Storefront work, B2B wholesale channels, product listings, campaign emails and launch support, on Shopify or whatever platform you already run. For fashion, accessories, parts, equipment and specialty retail, where the brand matters as much as the conversion rate.

The problem

The gaps that cost ecommerce brands the most

  • × Wholesale buyers have no way to order online, so the whole B2B channel runs through email and spreadsheets.
  • × Product copy is written once by whoever had time, so nothing ranks and nothing sounds like the brand.
  • × Every campaign gets improvised from scratch instead of running on a documented system.

The work

What store support covers

  • Storefront build and theme work
  • Private B2B wholesale catalogues and application flows
  • Product listings and on-site copy written for luxury and fashion search
  • Campaign emails, invitations and RSVP flows
  • Launch support, ambassador and affiliate programmes
  • A documented brand system so the next campaign is not improvised

Questions

Before you get in touch

Can you set up a private wholesale channel?

Yes. I built a private B2B catalogue and application page on Shopify for a boutique that previously took every wholesale order by email.

Do you write the product copy too?

Yes, including the SEO side. Luxury and fashion listings need to read like the brand and still be findable, which is a different job from generic product copy.

What about launches and events?

Invitations, RSVP flows, campaign emails and the social set around them. That is most of what a seasonal launch actually needs.

The same work suits a lot of other businesses

The industry above is where most of the proof sits, but the underlying job — get found, capture the enquiry, follow it up — is the same everywhere.
