Small business owners

A virtual assistant for small business owners

Inbox, calendar, client follow-up, social posting, invoices and the systems behind them, handled by one experienced assistant who also builds websites and CRM automation. Month to month, no lock-in, and a paid trial week so you see the standard before you commit.

The problem

Where a small business owner's week actually goes

  • × Hours a day in the inbox and calendar, answering things somebody else could answer.
  • × Leads and past clients who never get a follow-up, because follow-up is nobody's job.
  • × Social, website updates and admin that only happen when you stay up late to do them.

The work

What I take off your plate

  • Inbox and calendar management, with a daily summary of what needs you
  • Client and lead follow-up, tracked in a CRM so nothing is forgotten
  • Social media scheduling and on-brand graphics
  • Website updates, landing pages and forms
  • Invoices, documents, SOPs and research
  • Automations that remove the repeat tasks for good

Questions

Before you get in touch

How much does a virtual assistant cost for a small business?

Plans start at $109 a month for a light load and scale up to full-time support, which is currently $1,999 a month until 30 September. You can also start with a paid trial week before choosing a plan.

What tasks can you take on in the first week?

Usually the inbox, calendar and follow-up. They free up the most time fastest, and they show me how your business runs before we automate anything.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. Plans are month to month and you can pause or cancel with notice. Unused work is not billed.
