Privacy policy

Who this covers
This policy covers loyalease.net and any enquiry you send through it. Loyalease is operated by Veronica Loyal. Contact: veronica@loyalease.net.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you give it, what you are interested in, and your message. If you email me directly, I hold that email.
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not build a profile on you.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, and to deliver work if we go on to work together. Nothing else. Your details do not get added to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask to be added.
Who it is shared with
The form is delivered by a third-party form service, and email is hosted by my email provider. Both process the data only to deliver it to me. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for marketing.
Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
I do not send marketing text messages to anyone who has not given prior express written consent, and any such message includes clear instructions to reply STOP to opt out.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal obligations afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email veronica@loyalease.net and I will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this section will be updated first and a notice will appear on the site.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the previous version is available on request.
