loyalease.net is operated by Veronica Loyal trading as Loyalease. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Information on the site

Prices, timelines and service descriptions are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A binding agreement exists only when scope, price and terms are confirmed in writing for your specific project.

Client work

Retainers run month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Project work is fixed-scope and fixed-price, billed across agreed milestones. Changes to an agreed scope are quoted before they are carried out.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the deliverables produced for you, along with every account, domain and asset created in your name. I retain the right to describe the work in anonymised form unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Anything you share in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as confidential. An NDA can be signed before the first call on request.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from client work is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party services

Work often involves third-party platforms such as hosting, CRM and payment providers. Their own terms and availability apply, and I am not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
